Serving the physical and spiritual needs in our world beyond our community borders is a privilege. New Hope serves outside the Cedar Park/Leander area in some of the following ways.
Operation Christmas Child
Operation Christmas Child is not only making an impact one child and family at a time, but has been a door to sharing the Gospel of Jesus with various country officials and leaders. Every year New Hope families take a few shoeboxes and fill them up with special gifts, hygiene items, etc. for a child overseas. A gospel in the language of the receiving child is added to the shoebox and delivered.

Gideons International
New Hope has several Gideons International members who are dedicated to telling people about Jesus through sharing personally and by providing Bibles and New Testaments. The Gideons have shared the Gospel in hotels, schools and colleges, prisons and jails, hospitals, and medical offices.

Family Mission Trips
As mission opportunities arise, New Hope will organize mission trips to respond to the physical and spiritual needs of our world. Family mission trips also offer a unique spiritual experience for families as they disciple and serve side-by-side.
For more information on future mission trips, contact Johnny Sorrell at johns@discovernewhope.com.
Student Mission Trips
Our Student Ministry plans mission trips every year. Students allow God to use their gifts in the areas of teaching, music, drama, sports and conversation to share what Jesus has done in their lives with those they meet.
