New Hope First Baptist Church - HIS Kids

Our Story

“Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.”

Proverbs 22:6

Our Educational Philosophy

We believe that a child forms his/her concept of God and Jesus from the people, things, and experiences that construct his/her environment. A love for, and an appreciation of, God, Jesus, and the Bible are communicated through age appropriate activities. Children will learn what the Bible teaches about self, family, others, church, Bible, God, Jesus, and their natural world.

Our Program

HIS Kids is a fundamental part of the Preschool Ministry of New Hope First Baptist Church. It is a tuition based, structured Christian weekday program for children ages six weeks through 5 years of age with teachers who model Christ-like behavior while implementing developmentally appropriate activities.

We strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, mental, and spiritual development of young children, allowing them to grow and develop just as Jesus did.

Fall and Spring Semesters are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Parents may select a class schedule that best fits their family’s needs.
