Our Educational Philosophy
We believe that a child forms his/her concept of God and Jesus from the people, things, and experiences that construct his/her environment. A love for, and an appreciation of, God, Jesus, and the Bible are communicated through age appropriate activities. Children will learn what the Bible teaches about self, family, others, church, Bible, God, Jesus, and their natural world.

HIS Kids is a fundamental part of the Preschool Ministry of New Hope First Baptist Church. It is a fee-based, structured Christian weekday program for children ages six weeks through 5 years of age with teachers who model Christ-like behavior while implementing age appropriate activities.
We provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, mental, and spiritual development of young children, allowing them to grow and develop just as Jesus did.
Registration is required for attendance; drop-in care is not available. We follow the Leander ISD calendar year with some exceptions (start and end date and times when church offices are closed).
